We’re proud to announce that Michael Avallon has be recognized with a Millennial / Gen Z award from Westfair Business Journal, publishers of the Fairfield County and Westchester County Business Journals.  Michael exemplifies an old-world work ethic that sets him apart in today’s workplace. Throughout his twelve-year tenure at Viking Construction, he has consistently been the first to arrive at the office or the last to leave, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to his work.

His high standards extend beyond his own performance; he holds his team to the same level of accountability, fostering a culture of excellence and mutual respect. 

Michael’s reliability, problem-solving mindset, and ability to inspire his team make him a hard worker and a true leader whose impact resonates across every project he undertakes.

Michael is dedicated to his wife of ten years and their children, ages seven and eight. When he isn’t at his desk or on a Viking job site, he can be found hiking, biking, wakeboarding, and kayaking. He enjoys working with his daughter to hone her basketball skills.
