We were proud to participate in a panel discussion called “The Morgan-Lockwood House to Wall Street
Manor: A Case Study”. Attendees were invited to discover how Connecticut Municipalities have
developed zoning incentives and flexibilities that encourage historic preservation – a win-win for
preservation and development. This project achieved multiple positive outcomes, and we delivered a
developer’s perspective. The panel also included Craig Flaherty, PE (Redniss & Mead), Steve Kleppin
(Director of Norwalk Planning & Zoning) and Tod Bryant, a Preservation Consultant in a collaborative
effort with Norwalk Historical Society.
