Viking successfully converted a waterfront warehouse into 38 luxury apartments. In the 1960’s the space was home to P. Sabini & Co., a furniture and appliance retailer, but the location sat empty for 4 years prior to the commencement of the project. The 10-month project resulted in 38 one-bedroom units featuring exceptional amenities combined with an incredible location.
