During an eleven-week window, Viking conducted demolition work on the school’s existing boilers and installed four new ones including pumps, VFD’s (variable frequency drives), hydronic piping, vent, and accessories. In addition, Viking oversaw the installation of two domestic water tanks, water pumps, accessories, and piping. We conducted controls work, testing and balancing of the new system, and improved the physical plant with improved lighting, paint, and flooring elements.
